By accessing or using mdehost.co ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Service is operated by Scout Theory LLC ("MDEHost," "we," "us"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
MDEHost provides virtual private server (VPS) hosting and related infrastructure services. We are currently in a pre-launch phase. Service availability, features, and pricing are subject to change prior to and following official launch.
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose under Colombian or international law; to distribute malware, conduct phishing, or engage in network abuse; to send unsolicited bulk communications (spam); to host content that violates the intellectual property rights of others; to engage in cryptocurrency mining without prior written approval; or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other customers' services.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service for violations of this acceptable use policy.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
Payment terms, pricing, and billing cycles will be established at the time of service launch. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable advance notice. Services may be suspended for non-payment.
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Customer data hosted on our infrastructure resides in Colombia and is subject to Colombian data protection law.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime caused by scheduled maintenance (with advance notice), force majeure events, issues with upstream network providers, or actions taken to protect the security and integrity of the network.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MDEHost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business interruption.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Medellín, Antioquia, Colombia.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
